Mr. Phim Pha Outthachack, the representative of Lao National Committee of Science and Technology expressed his sincere thanks for Minister Hoàng Văn Phong, the Management Training Institute for spending time to meet with the delegation. The training course in Vietnam this time was a good opportunity for the delegation of Lao National Committee of Science and Technology to understand knowledge on S&T management, which they could apply to Lao’s current conditions.
Minister Hoàng Văn Phong expressed his pleasures to meet with the delegation to come to Vietnam and participate in the training course on improving S&T management capacities. The training course was one of activities to strengthen working relations between agencies under Vietnam’s MOST and those under Lao National Committee of Science and Technology, contributing to tighten good relations between the two countries of Vietnam and Laos.
