On March 19, 2021, National Economics University (NEU) organized the National Scientific Workshop “Training human resources in Agricultural Business to meet social needs”. The workshop was attended by leaders of National Economics University; The Center for Vietnam S&T Intertionalization Promotion (VISTIP), Ministry of Science and Technology; Agro Processing and Market Development Authority, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Vietnamese Bird’s Nest Farms Association; Vietnam Farms & Agricultural Enterprises Association; Vietnam Tea Association; Vietnam Institute for Development Strategies, Ministry of Planning and Investment; Thuy Loi University and leaders of agricultural processing companies that specialize in forestry and aquatic products… Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Cuong- Vice Rector of National Economics University chaired the workshop.
The workshop “Fostering the application of information technology in production and business for agricultural cooperatives towards digital transformation” was held in Hanoi. The workshop was attended by officials and scientists from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA), Vietnam Soil Science Association, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University, representing leaders of some sub- departments of Agriculture and Rural Development in Hanoi and some nearby provinces, leaders of some information technology enterprises and directors of agricultural cooperatives.
